Venkat Mani

Venkat, a Textile Engineer by training, has over three decades of experience in the corporate sector and leadership training. With a wealth of knowledge, he brings more than two decades of expertise as a seasoned leadership trainer, dedicating over 20 years to delivering impactful leadership programs. His influence extends globally, encompassing teaching experiences in the Middle East, Africa, and South America. Venkat has conducted programs with prestigious organizations, including Google, L&T, HCL, IBM, Accenture, Tata Group, and many more. Beyond his role in corporate training, Venkat excels as a yoga and meditation expert.

Sanjiv Sarin

Sanjiv brings over 40 years of global leadership experience and has held Global Leadership & CEO roles with Tata Coffee, Tata Global Beverages and Cadbury Schweppes; in India, Philippines, UK and Egypt. Sanjiv’s experience encompassed business strategy, new venture set ups, creating customer focused organisations, sales and marketing. He has enabled people to blossom and nurtured ethical, people driven organisations. Anup Agarwal

Anup, a graduate of XLRI, Jamshedpur, and BITS Pilani, currently serves as the Founder and Partner at Sanyojit Advisors. Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Anup was Vice President – Sales in Global Liquidity and Cash Management at HSBC, amassing over two decades of corporate experience with HSBC, ICICI, and Cognizant. Pawan Tayla

Pawan currently serves as the Regional CFO for Publicis Sapient, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience from a diverse range of companies, including Fidelity, Aon Hewitt, Pernod-Ricard, Convergys, HP, PwC, and CFO4YOU. Pawan is an integral part of the Core Group of Nasscom. Leveraging his extensive expertise, he has been actively engaged in teaching leadership and well-being programs for over two decades. Bharat Iyer

With two decades of leadership experience at renowned organizations like IBM, ABB, and Standard Chartered, Bharat is an alumnus of the NIT, Karnataka, and the Asian Institute of Management, Manila. Achieving excellence academically and professionally, he automated South Asia’s largest shipbuilding crane at ABB and earned the Best People Manager Award at IBM.
